I try so much guys, but sometimes things slip between the cracks or that dreaded life I have gets in the way. So sometimes I miss stuff, or would like to talk about certain items but life gets in the way. I live in the UK so most of the new trailers drop when I'm asleep or taking a night away to watch something I'm not blogging about. So here are some quick recaps of what I've missed, what I'm watching, and idea's that I've had which haven't worked out as I've been too busy.
GOTHAM
I've not watched this at all yet so I can't even comment on it. The reason I haven't watched it is my other half, who got me into watching it in the first place (we've all been there), has decided not to watch this anymore. I know he will eventually want to go back to it as he's a binge watcher and hates waiting week to week for episodes. Blame Netflix. So I'd like to watch it but eventually know in a few weeks I'll have to watch it all over again. I will give coverage on it as soon as I'm sure he's finished with Gotham for good. But until then no spoilers please.
The Flash
This was great though, turns out I just missed it in all as Agents of Shield was on the same night, I was happy at the start until I realised it was a dream. Thanks guys. In this episode we see Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) six months after saving Central City from the singularity (black hole), the Flash is working alone, its his way of coping after tragedy struck. Everyone else is off doing there own thing and slowly but surely Barry accepts help and stops going it alone. Was a great series premiere with some twists and turns, my favorite part had to be Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and his flash shirt. Also the little nod to the bat sigil was funny. Flash has a good balance between comedy and drama, definitely one to watch.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Yes, Star Wars News! Now this isn't really news I missed but it did happen yesterday, for me anyway, and I didn't write about it. So the last trailer we all got to see was in JUNE, and the entire internet has been waiting and waiting. I have even set up a google alert for it, for those of you who know me you know how crazy this is. So what's all the fuss you may ask? Well the latest trailer is getting its own release date, October 19, that's right Pre Order Day! This wasn't the only Star War News this week, the movie premiere is set to take place on December 14th in California. Followed by a premiere in London, as guess what, UK gets it first, well maybe not first out of everyone but definitely a whole day before the USA. Oh how the times have changed, not really but it's a win!
The Scream Queens
So I wrote about this a few weeks back, I am still watching it and really enjoying it. It has a weird premise and I thought I'd hate it but turns out even I love a good slasher. The writing is so good that it is funny but it holds a mirror to our current culture. It's littered with incidents where a girl sends a tweet for help instead of just calling 911, what help is a tweet going to do? It also has stereotypes but it pushes the boundaries of these, such as bitchy sorority girls who are fed up of men hitting on them so they totally kick some guys ass. It's scary yet funny and very satire. Give it a shot, it's on episode four in the US. Also, I have no idea who the killer is!
Fear the Walking Dead
I totally missed all of this. Remember the problem I had with Gotham? I hate rewatching dark stuff, I could rewatch something with a bit of comedy all day long but when I have to do it with dark depressing stuff it bums me out. I'm not saying it's bad, I really do want to watch this story, I just don't want to have to rewatch it just because my binge watcher of another half doesn't want to wait a week to watch an episode. I will get to it, but I won't be writing about until I'm done. I love zombies guys, come on, no hate!
Jon Snows Mama
This week I REALLY wanted to do a post of Jon Snow's potential mother. I am a total fanboy and believe in the R+L=J theory but that one has been done to death and if you have no idea what these letters mean and would like theories to know who Jon's potential mother is then please check out Watchers on The Wall or The Wiki. This is also in no order whatsoever.
1. Wylla + Ned - One possibility is that Ned is telling the truth. That Ned actually bedded a woman named Wylla, probably untrue but a distinct possibility. You see in A Storm of Swords Arya mets Edric Dayne who tells Arya that he and Jon Snow are milk brothers (same wet nurse).
You see Wylla worked at Starfall so Ned could just have been using her as a scapegoat or during the rebellion he could have took to the bed of another. We don't know, it could have been Ned and any woman, he was thrust into a marriage as a back up, maybe it messed him up and he did something he later regretted. Anyway talking about Starfall.

2. Ashara Dayne + Ned/Brandon Stark - So this theory goes that one day after or around the tourney of Harrenhal, Ashara Dayne and Brandon (Ned's Brother) meet, they bed each other (this is getting weird) and then nine months later a baby Jon is born.
Now this is completely possible, Ashara Dayne and Brandon Stark had a connection. Who's to say they also didn't run off and get married as they were fed up with there marriage pacts or that Brandon was just a Robert in disguise constantly looking to bone something? If Jon was Brandon's son this would threaten everything Rickard Stark had hoped to achieve by marrying his heir to a tully girl.
If Ned told Catelyn it could threaten their sons position, but what good does hiding all this from Catelyn anyway? If Jon was who everyone thinks he is then it makes sense as Ned was an honorable man, in all things first and foremost. If the Ashara theory is true Jon would still not have a claim to Winterfell and he would still be a bastard, well unless they married, or unless everyone found out and got behind him as Brandons true heir. I suppose it's possible. There's some hints in the book that something is not right at Starfall, I believe Ashara Dayne is alive, and something is at work but I'm not 100% sure it is about Jon.

So thats everything I've missed that I would care to talk about. Well besides American Horror Story but I'm waiting to watch that also, damn binge watching. In my down time I'm also watching Scream and Fargo. If there's anything I missed don't be shy to comment. I am only one woman!
